MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, FLA., USA – February 20, 2024 – Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, Miami-Dade County commissioners, and leaders from Miami International Airport (MIA) and Lemartec Corporation gathered at MIA to celebrate the groundbreaking for an over 2,000 new space, seven-level parking garage at the global hub. 

Lemartec Corporation, a leading design and construction firm, is at the forefront of the transformative project at Miami International Airport (MIA) with the groundbreaking of the Park 6 garage. This state-of-the-art parking facility, part of MIA’s $7-billion capital improvement program, is set to enhance the airport’s parking capacity. The multimillion-dollar investment in this innovative project underscores Lemartec’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge infrastructure solutions.

The Park 6 garage, scheduled for completion in summer 2026, will not only address the growing demand for parking at MIA but also incorporate forward-thinking features such as 50 spaces dedicated to electric vehicle charging and energy-efficient LED lighting fixtures.
