Noel Evans, Project Manager and Safety Office at Lemartec, was recognized last month by the international firm BOUYGUES for his leadership role in the design and construction of the PortMiami Tunnel Pre-Cast facility – the massive industrial compound responsible for production of the tunnels structural wall panels.

The PortMiami Tunnel Pre-Cast Facility was completed in 2012 and was the recipient of a national award by VP Buildings, one of the nation’s largest metal building manufacturers, and is now listed in the VP Hall of Fame.
