The complex has seven lighted, full-sized training fields; six natural grass, and a turf field with 1,500 seats for high school and community sporting events. The Design/Build, fast-track project was completed in 11 months. The schedule was incredibly demanding in order to meet the first home game of the IMCF expansion franchise. Lemartec had to integrate personnel and operating procedures of three different construction firms into a joint venture and hit the ground running immediately. The design/build approach allowed Inter Miami CF to proactively manage the design and construction of this project.
