Fish Hatchery Farm

The development consists of an inland farm capable of producing 30,000 metric tons a year of whole gutted Atlantic salmon, about 10% of the farm-raised salmon consumed in the United States, which imports most of its salmon. Once the $100 million farm project is produced, an affiliated company will play the role of sales and marketing of fish on behalf of the owner.

The main structures (which together sum up to 370,000 SF metal buildings) that house the different stages of the operation are:

• Hatchery Building where the fish are kept up to 10 oz.
• Harvesting Plant Building (the large building housing the tanks).
• The Slaughter House.
