Miami International Airport (MIA) Park 6 Employee Garage

Lemartec was retained by the Miami-Dade Aviation Department to provide design-build services for a 7-level parking garage (Park 6) at Miami International Airport (MIA). The cast-in-place concrete structure will feature a minimum of 2,240 parking spaces. Each level will be connected to the Park 6 garage with two vehicular/ pedestrian bridges. The new structure is also connected from the elevated roadway to the south with two vehicular lanes with parking control devices. The structure is approximately 83’-9” high and has an area on each level of 127,000 GSF for a total of approximately 895,000 GSF. The site will also contain an at-grade parking area for 34 high vehicles on the east side.
