Our Lady of Belen Chapel

The Lemartec team was retained as General Contractor to provide pre-construction services and construction services for a one-story, 15,079 SF chapel, inclusive of a 1,161 SF choir loft, and 5,500 SF courtyard area. The chapel was constructed on shallow foundations with cast-in-place concrete columns and beams with CMU walls and shafts. Site improvements consisted of new a new courtyard area complete with seating, planters, a water feature, a paved drop-off plaza, relocated palm trees, and new landscaping. The chapel is one story with a 40’ ceiling height and a second-story choir loft at 20’ height.
